The Cornerstone
Dear Blue Hen,

Watching warmer weather entice students to congregate on The Green reminds me that spring is the time we celebrate our Blue Hen bonds. UD creates indelible friendships and memories that last a lifetime.

CAS-sponsored events throughout the year offer opportunities to share your Blue Hen spirit. Visit the UD Calendar to catch up on everything happening.
  • I Heart UD Giving Day on April 30 highlights how the fightin’ Blue Hen spirit drives us to make a difference and support our favorite causes.
  • On Saturday, May 24, we honor the 2025 graduating class, and I’m excited to see how these newest alumni shape our world.
  • We celebrate Alumni Weekend June 6-8, 2025. Alumni return to campus, revisit their college days and remember what makes us proud to be Blue Hens.
Finally, I want to highlight a wonderful opportunity for our CAS alumni. This summer’s Alumni & Friends travel program explores Native American art in Santa Fe, led by art faculty. These programs are a great way to strengthen your connection to your Blue Hen home.

Sincerely,

Caleb Everett
